Product description

Will the tray look exactly like the one in the photos?

Each of our Capiz Rectangular Tray is 100% handcrafted by Vietnamese artisans so minor variations in color, pattern, or texture are common— and part of what makes every piece unique and special.
Will the surface scratch or stain easily?

The capiz shell surface is naturally delicate and may develop light scratches if exposed to heavy or abrasive items. While durable for everyday use, avoid strong impact, which may cause chipping or cracking
Is there any noticeable odor from the tray?

You may notice a mild scent from the lacquer finish from the Round Decorative Tray upon arrival. This is normal and will naturally fade over time. The high-quality polish is completely safe and non-toxic
Will the tray fit larger items?

Our rectangle serving tray can fit 11" dinner plates. The sturdy base can support various items; however, we don't recommend placing too tall or unbalanced items. Please check the specific dimensions in the listing to ensure it suits your needs.
How do I clean and maintain it?

Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use mild soap, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
